Streets of London's Starry Night raises £180,000!
A massive thank you to all the artists who played at Streets of London’s Starry Night on Friday evening at the Royal Albert Hall, who performed some sets that were nothing short of stunning.
Thanks so much to Bastille, Birdy, Freya Ridings, Jake Bugg, James Bay, Passenger and Ralph McTell, and to the brilliant Tom Davis for hosting the evening. A line-up of some of the best musical talent out there, and they really delivered!
Thanks so much to everyone who bought a ticket for the show. You helped to raise an amazing £180,000 to help people in London experiencing homelessness, money that will make a big difference for people, funding projects that offer vital immediate and longer-term support, and the promise of a fresh start.
We would like to acknowledge with gratitude all the help we’ve received from across the music industry with putting this show together, and especially a big shout-out to the brilliant team at Communion ONE. All proceeds from the event will support Streets of London’s work tackling homelessness in the capital.
Thanks again to everyone involved in a very special, magical night of music that has raised a ton of money to help people. Let’s do it all again next year!
